1.Delayed effects are resolved at the end of current combat. Vae Victis is performed after combat resolution. So, in your example model is pushed back 2" before he can use Vae Victis rule.

2. Dying State - model in dying state can move in b2b with other model. However, it will not force Break Away. When b2b with model in dying state you can move/charge/run just ignore this model (of course you can not move through its base). Model in dying state can not perform Vae Victis.

Yes, after charge you can be in b2b with more then one enemy model, but before the charge you have  specify which model is the charging target.

Yes, the model who was not the target of the charge can attempt to break away from melee.

Models in close combat alwats have LoS to each other (last sentence on page 18).

No, as soon as model is in b2b with enemy model his movement automatically ends and you cannot change facing.

In that case model fighst with bare hands. Model gains the same penalty/2 to STR (the same penalty as the the penalty for fighting with shield only).

Alliance of the Bat - well, this is one of the options, but maybe we will decide to make something else...

Outregard - no dark elves similiarities  :P... we have two different ideas: "normal" cavalry and/or possesed BIG wulfkin

Egir Tribe - even for creator this is a mystery at this stage  ;)

Hello Nox,

here we go with answer:

1. Always use timing from damage tables. In the example we just wanted to show how things can work, but I guess this cause a confusion.

2. You can only throw a weapon once. That is why Vei-Banshee and orc Scout have 3 copues of their throwing weapons (javelin and throwing axes respectively).

3. No, you can not throw Blade of the Fallen. It is also counted as 2-handed weapon and model can only throw 1-handed weapon.

Today I will make an update and there will be short version of the rulebook (without campaign) with templates.

I hope that during next KS we will unlock orc rider. I still want to introduce new factions before adding cavalry/big miniatures. Orc Rider will be of course first one to release in this category.

A lot of Dragon Dust weapons - ranged weapons. In rulebook you have Dwarf Lord, Siege Master and Rangers - all of them can carry ranged weapons and I dare say that Lord and Siege Master have best ranged weapons in the game. You can soften the targets with gun fire and then let your wulfkins make a charge.

The biggest problem will be to find balance between scenario play and ranged combat, because without help from dwarves wulfkins will be outnumbered. You can also try your luck with making pure dwarves or wulfkins army lists. It is possible now, but not very good choice... we will try to change it future.

Indeed, orcs shine in one on one combat. Dark Guard hs the highest CMD value from all commanders and thanks to special rules orcs should always have tactical advantage.
On the other hand there is no much room for customization of their weapons. Here barbarians shine.

Speaking about orc templars. Orc templar was great mini, but body proportions were bad. So, I made decision to rework templars and I already have a lot of concept arts ready. The Scarlet Watch belongs to orcish temple - Order of the Ram. However, they are outcasts. A day will come when orcs will get their true templar brother minis, but not now.

They are not available yet. However, you can send me PM and we will try to solbe issue with lack of miniatures. I am still gathering kickstarter orders and one more order will not be a big problem.
